All classes $12 Entry Fee

 

Conditions of Entry

All Classes to be run under EA guidelines, and all competitors are to be a current member of either SSJC OR EA. All riders must wear competition attire.

Each horse and rider combination will be restricted to 2 heights in the Showjumping Classes. Only one rider per horse for the duration of the competition.

Competitors are discouraged from bringing their dogs, but anyone who does bring a dog MUST keep it on a lead at all times! Stables are available from Upper Hunter Shire Council on 02 6540 1100 and must be booked seperately to the entry form and in advance of competition. No horses are to be tied to any trees or railngs, nor are they permitted in the horse free area.

The committee reserves the right to make alterations to all or any classes as required.

Entries need to be paid for immediately via the Global Entries payment processing system. If        alternative payment is required, please phone Marcia on 0407403802 or email                                sconeshowjumpingclub@hotmail.com to arrange. The required entry fees must be paid by the closing date. Late entries WILL NOT be accepted. The draw will be posted at the competition.
