RIDING HELMENTS MUST BE TAGGED BEFORE COMPETING BY A EA REPRESENTATIVE

THIS EVENT WILL RUN IN ACCORDANCE WITH COVID RESTRICTIONS IN PLACE AT THE TIME.

YARDS CAN BE BOOKED ON THE OTHER MUDGEE SHOW GLOBAL ENTRY ONLINE PROFILE, "HIRE YARDS"

1. Entries will ONLY be accepted through Global Entries Online.

2. All entry fees must be paid in full before competing.

4. All Riders must complete and sign a Liability Waiver Form on arrival at the grounds. Riders will be issued with a wristband that must be worn at all times when riding and competing. Please note, no wristband, no entry to the ring.

5. All riders and horses must be current financial members of the EA if competing at 105cm and higher.

6. All owners and competitors will be personally responsible for damages to any third parties caused by themselves, their employees, their agents or their horses.

7. Any person mounted upon a horse must be wearing a properly secured helmet, which must comply with the new Australian or European helmet standards, and have appropriate footwear.  THESE HELMETS MUST BE TAGGED BY AN EA REPRESENTATIVE  BEFORE COMPETING

8. Places will be awarded from 1st – 5th, in the open classes.  In the thoroughbred classes places will awarded from 1st to 6th place.

9. Yards are for hire.  However, portable yards are allowed.  Please book yards through Mudgee Show Hire Yards on Global Entries Online
