Murrumbateman Pony Club presents two days of competition for pony club members from A Grade to E Grade (Intro Grade Sunday only). Each day is a separate competition, enter for Saturday or Sunday or the entire weekend. A different horse may be entered each day if preferred, however the ONE HORSE ONE RIDER RULE applies for each day, ie no non-competitive 2nd horse entries. We are very excited to announce that we anticipate to be running all classes on the newly constructed sand arenas at the Murrumbateman Recreation Grounds. This is currently being finalised in conjunction with Yass Valley Council, and the finalised grounds map and information will be sent to Competitors closer to the event.

*EQUITATION RETURNS THIS YEAR for Grades A to E - Remember to bring your neatest turnout, your plaiting supplies, and Equitation-legal tack!

ENTRIES CLOSE on Friday 25th May 2018 at 11pm, or when classes are full. ABSOLUTELY NO LATE ENTRIES WILL BE ACCEPTED, please note the closing date.

VOLUNTEERS: It is a condition of entry that each family nominate a volunteer helper for each day of entry. You can indicate your preferred task when you enter online, and you will be allocated a shift accordingly. Your help is greatly appreciated and is necessary for us to run the event efficiently and finish on time.

COST:  A/B/C/D/E/Intro Grades $40 per day which includes a $5 Paramedic Levy per day.

YARDS are limited and we encourage people to bring their own (must be of solid construction and steel posts must be capped). You can book a yard online with your entry for $20 per horse per day (NB: For those Competitors who arrive Friday and depart Sunday or Monday, you will only need to pay for maximum 2 days of yarding per horse). Priority given to out-of-region riders camping overnight.

CAMPING with limited access to power is available. There is no cost (and no showers). Accommodation may be available at Murrumbateman Country Inn, the newly opened Abode Hotel across the highway from the grounds, or various hotels in Yass/North Canberra. CAMPERS PLEASE NOTE: Camping only in designated areas as indicated on grounds map. This will be available closer to the event via Global and also circulated via emailed competitor information.
